Foreign Residential Investment In Spain Jumps 25 % in 3Q 2011

Due to a third consecutive year of decrease in the property price, Property sales made by foreign residents in Spain experience an increase of 24.7 % in 2011. Among all regions; Alicante is the most dynamic one with nearly 2 100 properties transaction during the 3rd quarter of the year. The province of Malaga comes 2nd with 950, followed by Barcelona, and Santa Cruz de Tenerife.
