Incorporation of a New Regional Director for Our Egyptian Branch

On the 1st of January 2013, we have incorporated in our legal Staff, Abdel Fattah, in quality of Regional Director for Egypt. Mr Abdel Fattah, is a registered lawyer under the Bar of Cairo and Hurghada, and a member of the Arab LAwyer Union, with an extensive practive over the last 15 years within the field of Corporate and Commercial Law.

Mr Abdel Fattah, is also an International Arbitrator member of the Egyptian Arbitration Chamber for International Commercial Arbitration. This new incorporation will therefore allow GIC Legal to offer to any its clients the possibility to settle their commercial dispute more efficiently through a private and professional jurisdiction in Egypt.
