Opening of Our Egyptian Branch

Our Egyptian Office, which is based in Hurghada is composed of Three Egyptian Qualified Lawyers, and one French International lawyer acting as Managing Director.

Our office offers legal assistance and representation to all foreign residents and investors (whether they are individuals or companies) already established in Egypt and also to any nonresident willing to invest or relocate its activities in Egypt.

In consequence, we are in position to represent our clients through their civil and/or criminal litigation, commercial and corporate dealings and with any aspect of their Real Estate transaction starting from the Due Diligence until the registration of their sale contracts.

On top of this, we offer a specific service with all kinds of Visa and/or Working permits applications, driving licenses and any other administrative steps which may be required to facilitate your implantation.

Our structure will provide internally Legal assistance in Arabic- English – French – Italian and Spanish for all the activities mentioned here above. On specific demand we can also arrange legal representation through our partners network in Dutch- Polish and Russian language.
