Our experience in dealing with dramatic situations suffered by hundreds and hundreds of overseas investors in emerging markets such as Egypt, Morocco Dominican Republic, or even Spain, brought us to launch during the summer 2012 a new specific and much demanded activity in order to offer a possible way out to these investors.
This activity consist in two phases.
1. SWAP Process
Based on our long experience within the international real estate industry and through our extensive network of reputable partners we established in each of the regions where we are based a short list of trustable and recommended developer with whom we can negotiate some swap procedure to allow such investors to be offered an alternative and
way out to their dead end situation.
By doing this, we already managed to transfer in 2013 a dozen investors in Egypt from a non-completed Resort in Marsa Alam into a key ready Resort in Hurghada.
As a matter of transparency, we would only be remunerated by the clients on behalf of whom e would achieve such transaction and not by receiving any commission from the developer.
2. Collective Action
In the event no satisfactory swap could be completed, we would also propose as an alternative a specific legal strategy with aim to recover the investments of the client, or to enforce the delivery of the property.
